I had an amazing time at this hotel in Cancun! The cleanliness and attention to safety during the pandemic made me feel very secure. The pool area is stunning, and the beach is just as beautiful. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and I found the drinks to be watered down and not worth it. Overall, a great place to stay for the ambiance and service, but I'd recommend eating out for better food and drinks!

I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott with gorgeous views and fantastic amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
